1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and customers of the fellofly.pt website and to the purchase of services provided by [COMPANY NAME].

2. Services and Risks

The Customer acknowledges that Free Flight (Paragliding and Paramotoring) is an adventure sport activity dependent on weather and physical conditions. Although the School strictly complies with all safety regulations and uses certified instructors, the Client agrees to take part in the activity of their own free will.

3. Experience Vouchers

• Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher expires and cannot be used or refunded.
• Transferability: Vouchers are not nominal on purchase and can be given to third parties. However, at the time of booking, the passenger must be identified.
• Scheduling: Possession of the voucher does not guarantee an immediate flight. Prior booking is compulsory, subject to the school’s availability and weather conditions.

4. Weather conditions and rescheduling

Safety is our priority. The School reserves the right to postpone, cancel or interrupt any flight if the weather conditions are not suitable (strong wind, rain, reduced visibility).

• Cancellation by the school due to weather conditions does not entitle the school to a monetary refund, but rather to automatic rescheduling of the experience, with the voucher remaining valid.

5. Duties of the Passenger/Student

• Declare any physical or medical condition that may affect the flight.
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs/medicines that alter perception.
• Respect the instructor’s/pilot’s safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in the flight being canceled without refund.
