Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Under Portuguese law for distance purchases, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase of the Voucher within <strong>14 consecutive days<\/strong> after the purchase date, without justification, and receive a full refund. <strong>Exception:<\/strong> This right ceases if the voucher has been used (the flight has been conducted or scheduled) within that 14-day period.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellations and &#8220;No-Shows&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n<p>After scheduling a flight date:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation by the Customer with more than 48 hours&#8217; notice:<\/strong> Rescheduling is allowed at no cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation by the Customer with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice:<\/strong> The voucher is considered used, with no right to reschedule or refund (unless a valid medical justification is provided).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No-Show:<\/strong> Failure to appear at the scheduled time and place results in automatic voucher cancellation, with no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Returns of Physical Products (Store\/Equipment)<\/h3>\n\n<p>For purchases of physical equipment (not vouchers), we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is new, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refund Process<\/h3>\n\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for purchase (via Stripe\/Credit Card or Bank Transfer).<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
